The inaugural neighborhood in the South Livermore Valley Specific Plan, Dunsmuir helped preserve and increase vineyard acreage in cooperation with a land trust. Dunsmuir brought 409 homes in four product lines, a 15-acre community park and more than 500 acres of new and preserved vineyards to the historic Livermore wine country.

This community of 177 single-family homes required complex approvals—Negative Declaration, Growth Management Allocation and Vesting Tentative Map—by the Brentwood City Council. The community includes a 20-acre piece of land donated by Signature for nonprofit housing for transitional families.
A revitalized Uptown Oakland
After years of languishing in the shadow of Oakland’s Civic Center, the Uptown neighborhood offers new restaurants, refurbished entertainment venues and new homes. The catalyst for this change was Broadway Grand, a mixed-use project consisting of 132 condominiums, flats and townhomes and ground floor restaurants on the site of a former auto dealership.
